Call Center Manager and 7+ Agents


ROLE:

As a Sales Manager at Happy Vibes Media, you will be at the helm and leading your sales team to success, contributing to the growth and success of our fast growing lead generation team. This role isn't just about hitting numbers and sales goals. It's about education all of our agents to the best of our ability, and making sure we can impart the skill and knowledge needed to succeed in our company, and their future endeavors in any sales career.

You will be expected to keep your team on track for their monthly production goals, while also making sure that standards for key metrics are being kept. We are confident here at Happy Vibes Media that we can provide you and your team with the best training materials and training structure, setting you and your team up for success. You will expected to analyze your team's data, and come up with solutions to improve based on the data provided. If you've managed a B2C cold outreach sales team, and you feel like your company has withheld you and your team from growth, this is your dream opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the morning sales meeting, which requires you to motivate the team, and train on key sales processes and best practices

  • Have a game plan to motivate and improve individual performances through 1-1s.

  • Rest/Solidify subpar leads set by your team

  • Work with our data team and quality control team to ensure appointment standards are being met

  • Analyze data and come up with solutions to improve metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a decent American English accent

  • 2+ years experience of leading a B2C sales team

  • Amazing sales coaching skills with the ability to make remarkable improvements for teams and individuals

  • Able to adapt to changes quickly

  • Excellent Leadership Skills

  • Must have excellent self management and time management skills

  • Must have a team with a proven track record of production
