Outbound Lead Specialist


ROLE:

As an outbound lead setter, you'll be in-charge of contacting prospective homeowners, and present them with the opportunity to get a solar assessment from one of our Sales/Install Partners, and help them make the decision . You guys will be the the voice of the company and every clients' first point of contact representing our partners or Happy Vibes Media.

In this role, you will be expected to meet production goals every month set by your Sales Manager. We are confident here at Happy Vibes Media that we can give our agents top notch solar sales training to set them up for success. You will be expected to apply yourselves for all the training we provide. We value individuals with a mindset for growth and a dedication to be better yourself each and every day. Being punctual, being efficient, and being a person of virtue is the least of our expectations for everyone that joins our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up high quality and qualified solar appointments for our Sales/Install Partners

  • Clearly communicate the value of solar to all prospective clients

  • Follow up with leads that you set that have cancelled their appointments

  • Hit your production goals every month

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a decent American English accent

  • At least 1 year of cold calling experience is preferred, but not required. If you're new to sales or cold calling and you're willing to apply yourself to learn fast, we are confident we can get you on a fast track to success

  • Being a lifelong learner. You should be excited to learn anything from everyone, including your other teammates, not just your managers.
